BAR BACK

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Keep bar area clean and organized: wipe counters, collect empty glasses, wash barware, remove trash.

  • Change kegs, stock bottled beer, and rotate inventory.

  • Help bartenders serve guests during peak hours (pouring soft drinks, delivering water, etc., if permitted).

  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol handling guidelines.

  • Restock beer, liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar tools throughout the shift.

  • Assist bartenders with preparing garnishes, cutting fruit, and setting up before service.

  • Run supplies from storage areas to the bar as needed.

  • Support closing duties: clean bar stations, restock for the next shift, and assist with inventory counts.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be able to lift and carry 30–50 lbs (kegs, cases of beer, boxes of supplies).

  • Must be at least 18 years of age (21+ preferred for alcohol handling).

  • Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required — will train the right person.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Competitive hourly wage + tips.
