BAR BACK
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Keep bar area clean and organized: wipe counters, collect empty glasses, wash barware, remove trash.
Change kegs, stock bottled beer, and rotate inventory.
Help bartenders serve guests during peak hours (pouring soft drinks, delivering water, etc., if permitted).
Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol handling guidelines.
Restock beer, liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar tools throughout the shift.
Assist bartenders with preparing garnishes, cutting fruit, and setting up before service.
Run supplies from storage areas to the bar as needed.
Support closing duties: clean bar stations, restock for the next shift, and assist with inventory counts.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to lift and carry 30–50 lbs (kegs, cases of beer, boxes of supplies).
Must be at least 18 years of age (21+ preferred for alcohol handling).
Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required — will train the right person.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Competitive hourly wage + tips.
