BAR TENDER
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Welcome guests at the bar and provide excellent customer service.
Recommend drinks, upsell specials, and answer questions about the menu.
Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and keep track of stock levels.
Follow all state and local alcohol service laws and responsible service guidelines.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure safe service.
Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Process payments (cash, credit, gift cards) quickly and accurately.
Collaborate with servers to fulfill drink orders for table service.
Assist in closing duties: cleaning bar, restocking, and balancing cash drawer.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Prior bartending experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) or equivalent certification.
Competitive hourly wage + tips.
