DISH WASHER
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware promptly and thoroughly
Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, following all sanitation standards
Support kitchen staff by restocking clean items during service
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
Maintain a clean, organized dish station and ensure proper storage of clean items
Assist with trash removal, sweeping, and mopping as needed
Communicate effectively with cooks and servers to keep the flow running smoothly
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Strong work ethic and reliability — willing to jump in where needed
Good physical stamina (standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs)
Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful, but not required — we’ll train you
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
