PREP COOK
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Follow the prep list provided by the Head Chef to plan daily tasks
Wash, chop, and portion vegetables, meats, and other ingredients for various dishes
Accurately measure ingredients and seasonings for recipes
Help monitor ingredient inventory and communicate restock needs with the kitchen team
Assist with basic cooking duties—such as reducing sauces, parboiling, and assembling salads or sides
Label and stock ingredients, ensuring freshness and easy access
Keep the kitchen clean and organized—sanitize surfaces, manage waste, and maintain workstations
Support chefs and kitchen staff with additional tasks during busy service periods
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Strong knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Great communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; culinary training is a bonus
Skilled in handling kitchen tools—knives, utensils—with precision and care
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move quickly as needed
Gain valuable culinary experience in a supportive, collaborative environment
