WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Greet guests promptly and warmly at their tables.
Accurately take food and drink orders using the POS system.
Check back with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.
Process guest payments (cash, credit, mobile pay, gift cards).
Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section and service areas.
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverages.
Deliver orders in a timely manner and ensure quality presentation.
Refill drinks, clear dishes, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
Work with teammates and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Handle guest concerns politely and escalate to manager if needed.

Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays).
Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
